How do I register?
Click on “register” in the right menu and it’s self-explanatory. You are requested for specific information during the registration process. Like your Chamber of Commerce ID, and GST ID. Keep these at hand. During the process, you can also read our terms of use for the advertising network. Read these carefully, since you have to obey these rules.

Which conditions are applicable for participation??
Participation is free and without obligations regarding exclusivity or minimum revenu. There are however conditions that act as protection for Adbank and advertisers against wrong use, and abuse of the advertising network. During registration, you are required to read and accept these terms.

Is this the solution for unsold banner inventory?
Yes, you can select as many banners as you wish, for free, without obligations. You are free to remove the banners, if you have found a better use for the position.

What are the requirements for my web site?
Is no minimum requirement in terms of visitors to your web site. However your web site has to be a well-maintained and cannot contain any violent, racist, discriminating or otherwise offensive content. Adbank preserves the right to refuse participants that are not in the interest of itself and/or its advertisers.

Can I register more than once?
No, you can register various web sites within one account or register different accounts. The latter might be handy in you require varying payment instructions.

Can I participate without any HTML knowledge?
In principle. You have to know what HTML is and where you can find this for your web site and how to upload. Requesting or making the link requires no HTML knowledge whatsoever: you will receive your unique script code, ready-made if you select a campaign, banner or ad pool. You only have to know how to copy and paste.

Can I participate, if I already participate in other advertising networks?
Sure, we do not require exclusivity. We are aiming for the biggest selection of campaigns in Singapore and hope that this together with our commissions and payment reliability may be use of other networks obsolete. But if you want, you can participate elsewhere, no problems.

Do I require a minimum of site visitors and minimum revenue?
No, also smaller well-maintained web sites with a specific niche audience are very welcome. We reserve the right to terminate participation, if three months in a row no commission revenue has been generated whatsoever.

Within one working day. Register nowand we will try to authorize you within one working day. You will receive your login details, and then you’re up and running within minutes.

How is my personal data used?
your personal information is only used to maintain your account. This might require us to share this information, and that of your web site with the third parties, specifically the advertisers. For instance to request permission, analysis of results, or the research of possible abuse.

How are clicks and leads monitored as originating from my web site?
By using cookies. These allow us a to pay commission on campaign responses that have been generated, even days after the consumer clicked on the banner.

Can i leave the maintenance to Adbank?
Yes, we have a number of ad pools assembled for specific audiences, for instance women or sportsmen or regarding a theme such as investments. These pools are constantly refreshed with the newest campaigns that match the theme or audience. If you incorporate an Ad Pool, you are assured campaigns matching your site audience. The Ad optimizer then even further optimizes the campaigns within an Ad Pool for your site.

What is the Adbank ad optimizer?
It is a software module within the Adbank Campaign Center measuring and managing the maximum revenue of campaigns within ad pools. Since the statistics are adjusted on a daily basis it also refreshes campaigns and adjusts frequency in favor of better performers. The optimizer is included in the Campaign Center and works for every ad pool you select. Manual or managed by us.

What is an 'ad pool'?
a collection of advertisements for one banner position. This can be a rotating banner or a rotating text advertisements. You can create your own ad pool by selecting campaigns that you deem suited for your web site or specific web page. Or choose from one on the predefined ad pools managed by us. It’s possible to create an Ad Pool to be used for different formats and different web pages

What are the benefits of an 'ad pool?
An ad pool has many benefits, but the most important: (a) one advertisement are is not shown repeatedly to one visitor. (b) the optimizer takes care of your ads revenue by showing more profitable ads more frequent. (c) you place, HTML script code on your site only once, and further maintain at showings for that position from within our Campaign Center.

Can i prevent certain advertisements on my web site?
A filter excludes specific advertisements on your web site. Also, if this is a ad pool maintained by us.t.

Can i put ads on multiple web sites?
Yes, but all web sites have to be authorized by us.if response is generated through a non-authorized web site, we will research this immediately. This may lead to immediate exclusion from the network and possible loss of outstanding commission. So please register all your web sites where you place the ads.

Which are the advertising formats?
Per campaign available formats are shown.in principle, all formats can be shown, however not all formats are available for every campaign. If you require a specific non existing format please contact our service desk. We will then try to meet your needs.

How to place an ad?
In the Ad manager select the ad pool you want to place, and the software automatically generates the required HTML script code. This code holds all required information such as your ID, image URL and destination URL. Not much is required from your side. It’s self explanatory. Also in the Campaign Center. There is a concise manual to download and read.

Are there any limitations regarding ad placement?
In general it is prohibited to act in such a manner that is possibly damaging to Adbank or the advertiser. Among others, this means (but not exclusively) the showing of ads on pages with offensive content.

Do i get technical support?
Yes a online manual is available within the Campaign Center. If you require any support, that is not addressed in the manual. You can always contact our service desk.

How do i make money?
Per campaign. It’s shown what is the payout per click or per lead. You can earn more if you have a special agreement due to your site traffic or this specific campaign is connected to a follow-up campaign. For instance, a survey follow-up after a sampling response. The payouts can be found in the Campaign Center.

How much and where did i earn this?
In the Campaign Center you can find your monthly revenue per campaign, per web site, and per banner. At the 15 th off every month a credit note will be generated with the details and pay out of last month’s revenue.

What do i need to do to get paid?
Nothing, all generated commissions are paid automatically six weeks after the end of that month.

Do i receive a credit note?
Yes, every 15 th of every month, a credit note of last month is available in the Campaign Center. Also, old credit notes can be reviewed and printed here.
