A swift and adequate response to questions and remarks from (potential) customers is of crucial importance to build a durable customer relation. Therefore Adbank takes consumer contact seriously, they are our customers’ customer.
Respondents receive a personalized e-mail direct after placing an order. This mail is for order confirmation, and contains a unique order ID and our service desk e-mail address. During business hours our e-mail response is generally within one hour and at the minimum within 6 hours if sent before 4 pm.
If we are unable to answer and/or the question involve special campaign conditions, we will forward this to our point of contact at your service desk. Included with this mail is all relevant order details to assist you. During the weekend the service desk is closed Consumer e-mail, after Friday 4 pm is is processed Monday morning
Adbank respects the privacy of consumers and every request for deletion of an order and consumer data is honoured without conditions.
